They also wanted to establish their identity as credible leaders in the luxury space, but images and videos were inconsistent, the account showed no growth, and frankly, the visual presentation was unappealing. There were no ideas for content, no concepts for aesthetic layouts, and no overall vision for social creative direction.

Tiffany's vision is to create an aesthetically cohesive brand centered around various property types. She chose a refined yet relaxed approach to visuals with clean color blocks to accommodate diversity while accentuating the brand’s essence and expertise in luxury Spanish real estate.

The content format focuses primarily on short-form video to showcase properties and drive non-follower engagement, which aligns with generating new leads. Additionally, she plans to develop a professional landing page with an organized aesthetic to demonstrate elevated market positioning and build a community around the appreciation of luxury real estate.
