Challenge: Morgan approached Tiffany during a critical transition period. Her content foundation had been built around a personal wellness journey she no longer wanted to continue discussing, yet completely abandoning this content pillar threatened to alienate her deeply invested YouTube audience. She was experiencing stagnation as she attempted to pivot toward travel content without a strategic bridge between her established community and new direction.
CREATIVE VISION & STRATEGY
Tiffany recognized that YouTube audiences develop deeper relationships with creators than on other platforms, making abrupt content shifts particularly risky. Through social auditing, she identified Morgan’s highest-performing content formats and developed a hybrid strategy that would honor her audience's investment while facilitating organic growth toward her travel aspirations.
The solution was a content integration approach that transformed familiar formats into fresh, travel-focused narratives. By weaving food content into destination experiences, Tiffany created a bridge strategy that served her existing community while attracting new demographics. This approach allowed Morgan to gradually shift emphasis toward travel content while preserving existing engagement patterns and enabling growth in her desired market.

Identify Goal

Creating a Concept for Visual Story Telling
As Morgan travels to Greece, she will collect content for "what I ate in a day" videos, showing all foods consumed throughout the day. There will be no emphasis on decision-making around food choices or deliberation about what to eat. Instead, the focus will be on showcasing the freedom of fun choices, ranging from healthy options to "unhealthy" indulgences, to re-teach her audience that she will now be eating what she wants without restriction.
